Basically weekly claim filing is the eligibility to claim the benefit payment for which you were unemployed during the week and qualified to receive the compensation, provided that you are monetarily eligible and determined to receive compensation payment.

Eligibility

Weekly claims can be filed by jobless workers who have applied for initial unemployment benefit and who have existing North Dakota’s Unemployment Insurance claim with monetary balance.

Weekly benefit

North Dakota weekly benefit is based on the standard weekly earnings, minimum $43 per week upto maximum wage of about $431 per week. Federal Additional Compensation also adds on additional of about $25 per week to your benefit.

Filing Procedure

Unemployed North Dakota workers can file weekly unemployment claims in two ways, either by online or by telephone claim on 701-328-4995.
