Weekly claims can be file through website via online claims or by tele-claim over number 1-800-982-8920. If you have set out of Oregon State after your initial filing it is very necessary to intimate the new address along with contact number by online or over phone by calling on (877) 345-3484.
If you have moved out of United States after your initial filing, then you need to call on (503) 451-2400 and report your contact details. An inquiry will take in process in order to confirm on the availability and authorization to work in other country.
To file the claim outside the country you need to call over claim line at 503-224-0405.
