If I submitted a letter of resignation and then revoked it and my employer denied it, would I qualify.

I submitted a letter of resignation because I was leaving for the Austin Police Department on April 11th. I hurt my ankle on March 31st and I could not attend the academy. I got medically cleared to return to work at the job. They told me that they would not honor "revoking the letter of resignation". I am medically cleared and able and willing to work and there was not a break in employment. Do I qualify?
