My position was filled before I returned from FMLA. Can I quit with "just cause" & file for unemployment?

I have 45 years service & was on FMLA. my position was filled before I returned. No reasonable effort was made by my employer to return me to any available position for which I qualified. Any inquiries & suggestions were denied. Ohio law defines "just cause" for quit or discharge as whether "the action taken was what an ordinary person would do under similiar circumstances" Does this qualify for "just cause" & unemployment?

Thank You

Before you waste your precious time trying to file an unemployment claim find out if your jobless situation entitles you to apply and receive benefits.
