Are NC Unemployment benefits taxable?

I am wondering if the benefit payment I receive will be subject to Federal, NC and FICA taxes as are normal employee paid wages.,

As far as I am aware, unemployment benefits are taxable across all states as its considered an income.

You should receive a 1099-G from the Labor department for IRS returns at an appropriate time.
