An employer need to pay overtime at 1 1/2 times your employee’s basic rate after 40 hours of work in a calendar week. If in case employee lives in their home and may required pay overtime after 44 hours of work in a week.
But no way it is suppose to to be paid ui to the employees directly from employer.
