I have always worked a normal w-2 based job. I now have 3 rental properties and I am thinking about forming a LLC (Limited Liability Corporation)  for the rental properties. If I lose my w-2 based employment and form a LLC for my rental properties can I still draw unemployment?

I dont think you will be eligible as you are moving out of a W 2 based job to self employment.
