If I quit a job that doesnt provide breaks or meal breaks making job high stress, can i get unemployment benefits?

no offduty breaks or mealtime provided in high stress environment. making me sick working like this. if i quit do i get benefits?

Quitting often makes you ineligible. They will want to know what you did to try and resolve the problem with your employer. Unless there is a written agreement, company policy, or such your employer may not be required to give breaks. If you have only been at this job a short time perhaps you will be approved. There are other minimum requirements too. Better call your local office and give all details to find out.
