If you have worked only in Texas during your base period, you will have to file your unemployment benefit claim with the same State where you worked either personally or online. If you have worked and earned wages in more than one State during your base year period, you will have to file a Combined Wage Claim (CWC) with one of the States where you worked and were you were paid wages during your base year.
