boss retiring-after 35 years what if the next emplo doesn't work out?

If offered thru retiring employer ,but maybe I'm outdated--certification etc has changed since the 80's and many procedures,too

Your employer, through quarterly unemployment insurance taxes, pays the costs for unemployment insurance. Though your boss is retiring you will be able to claim the benefit.....
