What happens if I commit Unemployment Insurance fraud in the State Florida?

If you are proved that you have committed unemployment compensation fraud, then below stated are the condition you will have to face in the Sate Florida as a deception:

You may have to be put in prison for about five years per offense.

You may have to pay fine upto $5000 per offense.

You may lose your future unemployment benefits.

You might be asked to repay all the benefits to which you were not entitled.
