I work for a school district as a paraprofessional, my work day has been cut from 7.5 hrs. (paid for 7 hrs.) to 6 hrs. (paid for 5.5 hours) .  Can I draw unemployment?

If you are paid directly by the school district it is unlikely that unemployment benefits are available to you. There is no penalty for applying and there may he something about your situation you have not mentioned that would make you eligible. You should be paid for ALL hours worked. If you are nit you should look into having this rectified.
