Undue hardship

0 votes
My sister's job has been eliminated and her company is moving her to another position in a different city and it is creating a financial undue hardship. Could she possibly qualify for unemployment benefits?

If you quit your job for the reason that you cannot be relocated along with your company, then you may not be eligible for benefit. As every State contacts ex-employer before approving your claim.

But in your case since you are not laid off by the company but you are quiting on your own then you may be denied of the benefit.
