i worked two quarter but i am not eligible for brnrfit. employer will close before i complete the 3rd quarter

i am form the state of NY. i worked during two quarters but i am not elegible for benefit becouse of the income. but i am about to complete my third quarter then i will be eligible for the benefit. the problem is that the company for which i work is about to close down before my third quarter end what can i do ? the third quarter is not yet complete but i already have enough wages on the third quarter to qualify for benefit but that quarter is not yet reported to the state by the employer because the quarter have not finish.

I know in PA we will work with pay stubs. I have not been on the decision makin g end to know exactly how far that gets you but it us what we asked for when an employer was slow reporting.
