Yes, you are eligible to collect unemployment benefits as full time workers. Though the monetary eligibility requirement may be harder to meet on part-time work, you can still receive benefits if you do meet it.
On the other hand, you can continue to work while you collect benefits as long as you make less than the weekly benefit amount (i.e $326).
