I was denied benefits then won the appeal

During the time i was denied I found a new job and started to work knowing i needed the job but also knowing it couldnt work out. well it didnt work out am i elible to collect as its my previous employers fault i was forced to take this job?

Your previous employer has nothing to do with the New job. Reopen the claim with the New employer information.
