can i get unemployment if i quit my job due to lack of hours and not able to afford daycare

I have 3 children and do not quilafy for any state assitance cause my husband makes too much money, but he lives out of state where his job is. Had to quit my job cause of daycare cost.

It is up to the Employment Development Department of California to determine for unemployment if you quit your job. You must be qualified for the department's other eligibility requirements before the department will analyze your quit claim.
The minimum amount you can qualify for is $40 a week and the maximum is about $450 weekly. The sum that you can draw depends on your highest quarterly earnings for the previous year.
