In the State Louisiana weekly minimum benefit would be $10 and the maximum is currently $247 per week. Depending upon the total amount of wages received in your base period your weekly benefit is calculated. Note the total amount of insurance compensation payable will be equivalent to 26 times of your weekly benefit amount.
