  1. Please do not list WorkForce Centers or CareerForce buildings as “Unemployment Offices”. We cannot answer questions or look up information on Unemployment accounts. When I googled Unemployment in my state, the WorkForce Center came up as an unemployment office on your site and that is why people show-up at our offices upset that we can’t help them. They must call the Customer Service Center for their state, if they have trouble navigating the automated phone system, we can help with that. Thanks.
