My boss of 25 years will retire may 1st 2015. In Sept of 2014 he sold his business but we all continued to work under the new business. As of May 1st 2015 I will loose my job when my old boss retires. Now the New boss would like for me to work on an as needed basis. I was dropped to 30 to 35 hours when the practice was sold. So what should I do, will going in on an as needed basis interfere with benefits?
