  1. Recently moved here to Sioux city from Laramie Wyoming and am needing to find out how to file unemployment from Wyoming?

    • If you left the previous job voluntarily, you will not be eligible.

Otherwise, please consider filing for UI benefits from the state where your employment was based.

  2. I received unemployment from two different states over the last year, but neither one sent me a 1099 form.
    What should I do?

    • Please visit the official websites for more information. Most of them have it available for a download from the site.

If you do not find relevant information, please call the Unemployment Office.

  3. I filed a claim but I have only received the debit card. How do I know if my claim went through?

    • Please check for messages in your e mail.

You can also get an update either by calling the claims center or by logging onto to your account online. Generally, it will take a couple of days for the money to credit the account after receiving the debit card.
