Be prepared for long wait times because lots of people try to call the staffs. Remain patient and you will get through to someone who can help you. Even though it is frustrating to wait so long, you are advised to be courteous to the person you get connected to and you will get a lot more help than if you are terse and rude.

  1. It is now Thursday, 5:17pm, I sent an inquiry on Monday 12/2 at 10:01am and it still is waiting moderation? How do I get in touch with a person, I have called ALL the lines above and get pre-recordings ONLY. No option to speak with a person. Does one need to go to the office in order to speak with someone?

  2. I have a question concerning a new filing for unemployment. I was laid off from my company as of 11/29/13. In January I will receive a settlement payment from the company waiving my rights to sue the company for unlawful termination. Since this is NOT a serverence package should I open an unemployment filing this week. Thank you, Cheryl Dexter.
