I have been working in North Dakota for 4 years. I have a residence here also. My days of work have been recently cut from 5 days a week to 2, which has drastically cut my income to 1/3 what I was making. I still am working for the company and trying to ride out this slow period. Am I eligible for any benefits to fill in the loss?
