If you are on FMLA was it for your illness or to care for a family member? You must be able and available for work to collect Unemployment benefits. Were you terminated from employment based on exhaustion of job-protected leave(FMLA)? Was work available? If so, you may ot be eligible for benefits.

If you are unable to work, you will not qualify for unemployment.
