Also, is 1099 income used for determining the benefit $$ amount and/or for the number of total weeks for the claim duration? I thought it wasn't so I didn't include them (but but I tried to ask a monetary review rep several times & they seemed to say no at the time but now I'm unsure) and since claim isn't still resolved I want to make sure before a final determination is made....

Benefits are based on figures as reported by the employer.  1099 can represent many different types of situations involving remuneration for services but none of which pay into unemployment - by neither the employer nor employee.  However if it represents monies received for services provided as a business, the activity itself is of interest to unemployment and should be discussed / reported by you.
