FOR NJ monetary determination, are benefits based on WHEN work was PERFORMED or WHEN PAID? I always thought it was WHEN you worked. Is it different when the monetary amt. is being determined vs. when you are claiming bi-weekly benefits?

I tried to ask a monetary review rep several times & they didn't really answer but kept trying to move onto other things... and since the claim still isn't resolved I want to make sure before a final determination is made....

Yes, when you claim the benefits you report wages earned but not necessarily paid.
