I am a ohio construction worker working in dayton ohio and my employer wants me to drive to cincinatti ohio, wich is over 60 miles from my home.My real question schould have been is their a radius that you are required to drive before you can refuse the job and draw unemployment.

Each state has its own definition of suitable work.  A quick glance at Ohio's faq about suitable work indicates you are expected to accept work - any shift etc.  In determining if this specific opportunity is suitable, they will ascertain what is typical.  You may have a labor agreement to consider.
