The company is relocating several (400)jobs to Baton Rouge. We have the option to move but I can't. They say they will give us a 2 wk notice when they replace us. Can they say that we quit if we dont move and deny unemployment? I wouldn't think they could give us notice and then say we quit, but..........would I be able to collect unemployment?

I think you are likely to be approved.  There are other minimum requirements - credit weeks & wages.

I also think you are right - it is unlikely they will say you quit if you are employed until they let you go.   Regardless of what the employer says, the unemployment office has the final word, is objective and applies the law.
