I live in Iowa but worked as a pilot for a company that recently moved their operations from Connecticutt to Kentucky.  I am home based, meaning I do not technically work in any one state.  I am eligible to apply for unemployment in either of these three states that I choose?

You need to have wages reported to a state.  You can apply in any state to which wages were reported.  Any unemployment office can tell you which state the wages were reported to.  To which state did you pay taxes to?
