Does someone qualify for free classes in another field while on unemployment?

I am being laid off at the end of Sept 2013 due to sever downsizing.  I would like to take some classes to become either a Pharmacy Tech or a Medical Certified Coder.  Is  there a program to facilitate that for me once I become unemployed and qualify for unemployment?

There are programs, funded by the government, to pay for education.  The Workforce Investment Act (WIA) - typically administered by CareerLink.  Depending on your current occupation, there may be other educational opportunities.
