I worked in Indiana & KY for the same company my job took me across the bridge back and forth to stores which state do I file in

Perhaps wages were reported to both states.  Regardless, you are eligible to initiate a claim in any state to which wages were reported as a result of your work.  You may find a reason to prefer one state over the other, but any state can combine wages from other states to establish a claim for you.
