Job is moving 30 mi from current location, more than 60 mi from my home. the only way there is to pay 8 tolls every day and double my gas. I can't afford it. Am I eligible for unemployment if I am forced to quit

It does sound like a hardship.  The unemployment office makes the final call.  But if the new distance is more typical for your type of work, you might be expected to continue.  Call your local unemployment office and discuss the details with them.
