can I draw unemployment if the temp job last only a couple of months?

I was laid off from my job approximately 3 wks ago and have sought employment with the local temp services.  I would like to know if the job placement with tis temp service last for a short time. Can I draw unemployment benefits.

Be sure to follow agency policy with regard to your availability.  For example, some agencies require you to call them when the assignment is over so they know they can send you on a new assignment.  Follow other agency rules too - they are your employer.  You should be ok.
