I am a exempt employee who works for a bi-weekly salary. If I get laid off am I eligible for unemployment compensation in Ohio?

In general the answer would be yes.  If you were an officer of the company, it might be no.  You also need to satisfy minimum requirements.   Call your local office and check the website for Ohio unemployment.
