They told me I am only eligible for two weeks FMLA, and my doctor said I cant return to work for six weeks.  So they are terminating me.

Did your doctor say anything about light duty?  Can the employer accommodate this?  Whatever you do or do not do, preserve what you can of an employment relationship.  I do not know much about Fmla.  Perhaps call the dept. Of Labor.  You may qualify for unemployment, they will need more details.
