I have been working under unreasonable scrutiny for several months, to the point where it is effecting my health. It's obvious that they are pushing me out the door. I have worked for the State of Connecticut for just over 5 years.

It is always best to make attempts to maintain a good working relationship. If the reason for quitting is deemed compelling you may qualify.
