After I was discharged, I did pull my 401k funds to live off of. I have exhausted the 401k money and now need to use UI. Will that reduce my UI benefit?

To the extent of my knowledge, 401(k) withdrawals qualify as wages and as such, would negate eligibility for unemployment benefits.
