I  think that 2 accounts that  I oversee were not billed out correctly and the expiration on collecting on them  might have past. If I am right and I bring this to my boss, my company might fired me over this, will I be able to collect unemployment benefits? PS this isn't illegal just didn't pay close enough attention  to them, and think they are messed up, just  had a lot of my plate. Scared that if they fire me they can refuse by benefits, being working since I was 16 now 49 never collected before. please answer and thank you

First off - the unemployment office makes the final determination as to whether you are eligible for benefits.  You made a mistake and if you are fired over it, I doubt this alone will prevent you from being eligible for benefits.
