I was harassed at work continuously, when that didn't make me quit my superviser, said " I hate to think that you would jeopardize your nursing license. With that I knew I had to resign, at the same time I was hired for a 36 hour a week job that I find difficult to work on day shift , this all happened in august and sept.2013. My last employee refused or could not help me with job assignments. My mother died this past April and they told me that my work has suffered since then, when I ask not to be pulled to the area that I had the most trouble they failed to help me ,I worked at The Home for 4 years, they told me that I could possibly benefit from counciling  on my exit interview and that unfortunately I had only 2 weeks to seek assistance. I want to know if I qualify for unemployment.

You  would be eligible to apply but don't quit.  If you have quit, explain the circumstances.  If you are at the job that suggested assistance - do so.  Ask how you might improve things in order to hold on to your job.
