I was just laid off, but have some vacation time at my previous job. Do I have to use up that vacation time before I can file for unemployment?

????  Did you or will you receive vacation pay?  If you received the vacation pay and have no reason to believe you will be returning to the same job, you are eligible to initiate a claim for unemployment immediately.
