3 Months ago I broke my ankle and was unable to return to work. I do NOT have short term disability from my health insurance. I have not applied for state disability. My means of survival was moving in with my parents until I can fully recover until released for light duty. Otherwise I would get evicted. No that I am cleared for light duty, and have moved out of state,,,,,THE EMPLOYER WILL NOT TRANSFER MY JOB AND WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO RETURN TO WORK LIGHT DUTY. DO I QUALIFY FOR UNEMPLOYMENT.

You must ideally qualify for UI as you are "Able to work" now.  Please go ahead and file papers.
