my hors were cut and they are being cut again, can I collect

I work for Weight Watchers and need 11 mtgs to get benefits.  I lost 4 mtgs at the beginning of the year and fear it is going to happen again
just barely making it and know I can't if I get cut again, be lucky to have 10 hrs a week

I am very concerned about no income and no insurance
