I lost my job in October.   I received two payments and then it stopped.   I was told my claims were going into an OLDER claim and that IT needed to fix it? It has been almost two months now and I am receivng nothing.  I have two kids and no savings.  I need some help.  Please! I cannot believe IT would take that long.  Thanks

I understand what you must be passing through. If you have not tried this,please call them on the toll free number 1-800-204-2418 and check if you an an option to raise a grievance as there is no update.

You may also consider the option of visiting them in person to check the status.Remaining on top of the issue until a resolution should be your motive. Please do write to us for any other questions.
