I have work for the same company for 26 years on salary / commission making $ 20.00 per hour.  They have now changed the commission structure and I am making $ 7.79/hr. Am I eligible for unemployment if I resign?

Quitting for a compelling reason is one of the few times you can be approved.  You still have to meet other minimum requirements.  Call the local unemployment office for details.
