I am eligible and I am collecting the maximum amount of UIB in Delaware ($330/wk) whereas the maximum amount in NJ is almost twice the amount that is available through Delaware.  Can I receive the difference in compensation from the State of NJ?  If not, can I collect in NJ (based  upon my past employment and monies paid into NJ UIB)?

If you're filing weekly to receive benefits, you must continue doing so from DE as your last employment was here.
The current benefits that are being disbursed is from paid up amount from your last employer in DE.
