I work at a federal Re-entry facility and work 12+ hour night shift. They told me when I first became pregnant they would move me to days. They have not. I work alone at night and am starting to have minor complications. Would I be eligible if I was to quit?

This sounds critical. You must speak to a human resource representative in your organisation as this involves compromise on health.
On this grounds, you should mostly be eligible for benefits.
