I am not sure who to file with for unemployment. As I wrote before, I live in Pennsylvania, hired by a company from Kentucky, to work a temporary job in Arkansas. Who do I file a claim with to collect unemployment? Thanks.

Please consider filing from Kentucky or Arkansas. Its usually advised to file for UI benefits from the base(head office) state of the employer as they usually pay to the labor departments in these states.
