I was hired part-time in Florida, can I claim for unemployment?

I have worked there for 6 Months. I can tell that they are about to fire me. Not based on my performance but solely on personal differences with my immediate Supervisor.

You must have worked for a certain period of time as they usually consider four our of the last 5 calender quarters for monetary and other eligibility.
If you think this clause is satisfied,please consider applying.
