If my employer fires me because I refuse to do other work which is out of my job description and I was not hired to do, will I be eligible for unemployment benefits ?

Depends. Your employer who fired you may contest the claim after you file which can pose questions to your claim.

Please consider filing for benefits if you do not have a job in hand.
