Indiana made a paperwork reporting error. They sent me a 1099 for benefits I never received. I do not want to claim fraud on some suspicious outsider. This is a clear mistake made by the unemployment office. Why should I file this with the IRS when it is not true. Someone in unemployment dept falsely sent a 1099, someone who was not properly doing their job. This is such a hassle for having to deal with someone else's mistake which has been reported wrongly within their dept!!!! They need to correct this ASAP with an apology! Please contact me. It is impossible for anyone to answer the phone there. This is fraud from Indiana's false reporting. Please, please call Mark Kriegbaum, 1941 Maple Park Dr E., Westfield, In 46074 phone: 317-946-1419 Please leave a message to a more direct line, or call my sister, Susan Kriegbaum @ 317-371-5230 or at least send some e-mail to this inquiry to suzieq1956@live.com.  I need this cleared up on order to take care of my taxes in a timely fashion. This is not my fault. Please help take care of this mistake!?!?! Thank you.  Mark Kriegbaum.
